By placing an order through Kiwi’s Bakery, you agree to the following terms:

• All orders are subject to availability. We bake fresh and may occasionally run out of certain items.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Orders must be submitted with accurate contact information. We are not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect details.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion.
• Our cookies are made in a facility that may contain allergens including nuts, dairy, and gluten.
• Kiwi's Bakery operates under Ohio Cottage Food Law and all products are home produced.
